Trattoria Vulcano in Manderscheid

A small but very nice restaurant totally cozy and the service was very attentive. For dinner we had ordered different pizzas, pasta and salad plates and everything was very tasty 😋 Highly recommended 👍🏾

Advertise big with waffles and coffee on the outside billboards. When you order it it turns out that there are no waffles. Of course we only had a coffee then - the special sparkling wine was of course also out - and then the head waitress comes - and plumbs us - why we don't eat anything - and that we are actually not welcome - but could stay seated now. We would have liked to have waffles - that's why we actually went to the restaurant ...

Friendly and attentive service. Very comfortably and originally furnished. We had Pizza Manderscheid and Pizza Vulcano. Both very tasty. Red wine and Pils were also tasty, so everything was great 👍

We went here for lunch with friends. Very friendly staff, good wine great food. Very cozy dining room with great attention to detail. We would love to come back.

Tasty Italian! No comments or remarks to be made. Pasta Carbonara is recommended. Sandwiches (free with front and head) made from pizza dough are especially delicious hot. You have to be lucky with that.

Reserved a table by phone. Service very friendly. Very nice ambience inside, outside in the garden you don't necessarily want to sit down. The food was well worth the price. We would come back.

Nice terrace. Busy and short of staff, which made waiting for an assigned table a long time. 1 staff member a bit upset. Can happen.

Please read the other reviews. They speak for themselves. Service insufficient! Unfortunately I cannot make any other evaluations, since I have not come as far. I was completely ignored at the entrance !!! But this and the other reviews, what should they be called, not to bother people who quickly disappear into the building there. Then a happy "keep it up"! This is what winners of the Corona crisis look like.

It's a shame that you didn't want our money. Although a sign on the door announced that it would be open, we stood about 5 minutes in front of the entrance with a chain (during corona times).

Nice restaurant ... But impossible to have a dessert at 12:30 p.m. because everything is not ready yet ... And 4.50 euros for 75 cl of sparkling water .. A little pushed, even for sparkling Italian water ...

Tasty cappuccino .... it stopped there .... bad service .... especially if they realize that you are a tourist .... paying is a drama .... asked for bill three times. ... finally someone came moaning and sighing that debit card payments are only possible above € 20, - so not for "just" someone who comes for a drink .... from the first time asking for a bill, we just waited half an hour until we really could pay ... too bad for the nice location .... but next time at the neighbors !!!!

Pizza, pasta and the ice cream were delicious. Unfortunately it takes forever for the waiters to notice you. The food came quickly. But the reordered drink only came after eating. There was almost nothing going on, so it was a little irritating that everything took so long.

That you i.v.m. the corona measures have to wait behind a chain until the service brings you to a table I understand. But that they keep waiting for more than 5 minutes and when they come out ignore you completely, I do not understand. Even if I ask myself if I can already sit at a table, she tells you with a big mouth that you better eat 150 meters further. We had a delicious meal there and they were very friendly. But here I never come disrespectful and very unprofessional.

Corona measures? All understanding for. Any crowds that make you have to wait a while? Also understanding for. That after minutes of waiting for a table (in the designated place) you still do not get a good afternoon and the service does not look at you and after a round of serving drinks you also turn back inside and just let alone? No understanding for that. That after speaking to a staff member you get a big mouth that you should go to a restaurant further away if you do not have time? I find that completely disrespectful and I really don't understand that at all. The "recommended" restaurant was indeed very hospitable so the next time we are in the area we will go there immediately.

We enjoyed pizza and pasta in the garden. Everything was of excellent quality, the pizza from the stone oven well filled. The accompanying beer was cold and delicious. The service was friendly and quick. Inexpensive!

It’s just terrible. Waited for pizza more than one hour, and when we asked like where were our pizzas, waitress said that they were out of service so we needed to wait more. Don’t go here!!!
